You may request for a refund if you
- did not receive the item(s)
- received incomplete item(s) - missing quantity or accessories
- received wrong item(s) - e.g. wrong size , wrong color , different items
- received an item with physical damage.
Customer must report to us first within 24 hours after received the parcel for return procedure. For cases of 2-4, customer is require to indicate the item condition via photo or video upon requesting return or exchange with us. We will responsible to the courier fee of returning and proceed with necessary.
Ezdeal will always make sure all items is good condition before ship out, please be note CHANGED OF MIND refund & exchange is not allowed.
